REDRHINO: The Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing Company is a nationally recognized provider of epoxy coatings, polished concrete, and concrete overlayments for the industrial, commercial and retail market space.

Candidates who have industry experience are preferred and will be considered over non-experienced candidates. Starting Pay Rate is $12.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience, personal & professional comportment and the candidate's expressed desire to invest themselves in both their professional development and the REDRHINO organization.

$1,500.00 signing bonus is available for those who are accepted and entry-level installers. No experience necessary.
$3,000.00 signing bonus is available for those who are accepted as full-time Associates and who possess the skills outlined above.
$5,000.00 signing bonus for experienced foreman who are both ready to lead an installation crew and who possess that qualities necessary for anyone in a position of Leadership and authority, i.e., confidence, integrity, transparency, decisiveness, positivity, persistence, communication, accountability, authenticity, inspiration, and passion.

REDRHINO provides up to two-week paid-vacations to those Associates who meet assigned development and professional objectives.

In addition to having previous industry experience or the personal and professional attributes outlined above, candidates must meet the following requirements.

Valid driver’s license & Reliable transportation
18 years of age or older
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Authorized to work in the United States
